AJ Barile’s Chicago Pizza is a family-run pizzeria that boasts a lot of pride in its ingredients and Chicago foodie credibility. Its Web site conveys the sense that cheese blends are forbidden (only 100 percent Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese), and it states that it uses Italian 100 percent extra virgin olive oil and 100 percent real butter.
And to what end? A menu featuring Italian thin-crust and stuffed pizza along with specialty sandwiches and hot dogs - all promising authentic regional tastes. For example, AJ Barile’s Chicago Stockyards pizza has pepperoni, mixed bell peppers, Italian sausage, Caponi hot sausage and Polish sausage.
And the staff is particular about how hot dogs are served: the Chicago way, on a poppy seed bun with relish, fresh onion, sport peppers, mustards, celery salt and a pickle spear.Â

The Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival story began in 1923 with the founding of the Redlands Community Music Association (RCMA) by a woman with a vision - Grace Stewart Mullen. Mrs. Mullen's vision was that “music is for everyone,” and should be accessible to all regardless of their ability to pay for admission. Her dream of bringing professional quality, classically oriented, music-based performing arts to her community has prospered for more than 86 years. The Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival holds the distinction of being the oldest continuous music festival in the United States at which no admission is charged. Since its inception in 1923, an estimated eight million people have attended an evening of entertainment under the stars at the Redlands Bowl.
