Cross "Fantasia" with "CSI: NY" and you get "The Sorcerer's Apprentice," Jerry Bruckheimer's latest reworking of a Walt Disney classic. It opens midweek in glorious 2-D.

Nicholas Cage is the sorcerer. The busy Jay Baruchel ("How to Train Your Dragon," "She's Out of Your League") gets Mickey Mouse's old role, although he looks more like a reboot of Shia LaBeouf.
