Hooters launches Monday burger promotion

Hooters has launched a "More than a Mouthful Mondays" promotion offering a half-pound cheeseburger and fries for $5.99.
The promotion is modeled on Hooters' "Wednesday Wingsday," which was launched a year ago and is still offered at participating restaurants.
